Landscaping and maintenence of the entrance area and common areas.
Paying the property taxes of the common areas.
Paying the electric bill for the street lighting.
HOA Fees
HOA fees are $35.00 a month. Home owners are billed by mail every six months for a total of $210.00 per six month period. We do accept annual fee of $420.00. We take pride that our fees are of the lowest in the town of Oxford. Members will need to stay current on fees to be able to vote at our annual meetings in February. Each property equals one vote. Some owners will have more than one vote based on the number of properties owned.
